- Preference for candidates with a degree in real estate marketing planning or two or more years of work experience. Responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships and long‑term strategic cooperation with clients; rich experience in prospecting, sales, and customer relationship maintenance.
Computer Graphic Designer:
Several positions, no education requirement. Proficient in CAD, 3D, PS, or SketchUp (Sketch Master) and other computer graphics software. Proactive, team‑oriented. Experience in architectural model drawing (file preparation/adjustment) is preferred.
Technician:
- Building model makers & base plate makers: Several positions, skilled workers, no gender restriction, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, team‑player.
- Building & landscaping makers, computer engraving operators, electricians: Several positions, no gender restriction, proactive, strong sense of responsibility. Beginners may apply as apprentices.
- Painters (spray painting): Several positions, two or more years of color mixing and spray‑painting experience. Experience in architectural model making is preferred.
