Our company strictly selects high‑quality products for model materials, equipment, etc., to ensure long service life, thus avoiding losses to Party A caused by repairs.
2. After‑Sales Service Commitment
Commitment during the free warranty period:
Our company provides 12 months of high‑quality, comprehensive, free warranty service and lifetime maintenance service for the delivered models. During the free warranty period, any natural damage to all equipment will be repaired or replaced by Party B free of charge, and we guarantee one overall cleaning and maintenance service per quarter within the warranty period.
Provide no less than 2 days of free training for Party A's operators until they become proficient in operating the models.
Provide a set of materials and tools for daily maintenance of the models, so that Party A can handle temporary emergency maintenance.
When a fault occurs, our after‑sales service department will respond to the customer's equipment failure reporting request within the time agreed with the customer. Except in cases of force majeure, under normal circumstances our company will arrive at the site within 24 hours to perform maintenance.
Our company maintains a 24‑hour service hotline to provide users with comprehensive, high‑quality after‑sales service. No matter what problem the user encounters, our customer service department will provide thorough and detailed assistance, and will promptly contact relevant departments to resolve the customer's issue as quickly as possible.
After the model is delivered and put into use, our after‑sales service department will conduct telephone follow‑up service to understand whether any problems occur during use, so as to resolve them.
